Operating And Protecting The Website

The website uses WordPress and WP Engine hosting. Hosting, delivery and security services process technical information such as IP addresses and request information to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose problems. Cookies, browser storage or comparable technologies may support sessions, security and website functions. Server logs are distinct from information stored in your browser.

When you submit a contact inquiry, the canonical source page and limited approved campaign tags may be associated with it. The SecureFormPro connection does not send arbitrary referrer URLs or full query strings as inquiry fields. Earlier records may contain source/referrer information from the prior request process. A stored source field or advertising relationship is not permission for behavioral advertising.

SecureFormPro Forms And Chat

Contact forms send your request through the website server to SecureFormPro. The website keeps limited receipt and retry references so a retry can be reconciled with an earlier submission. It does not place contact details in a browser cookie for this connection.

When Accident Assistant is available, your browser loads its script, styles and configuration from app.secureformpro.com. That service receives the technical requests needed to operate the widget. Chat uses session storage for an opaque session token, request references and whether the assistant was opened or dismissed. Pending session-start references support retry; contact details and conversation text are not saved in that browser storage by the widget. These functions support the chat and are not advertising pixels.

Browser controls can clear session storage, but that does not delete a saved inquiry or conversation from SecureFormPro. Before starting chat, review its processing notice and separate contact permission. See Accident Assistant privacy information for automated-answer processing and retention.

Advertising And External Services

The site’s configurable advertising-conversion feature is not enabled for this release. This statement does not describe the practices of a separate website you visit by following a link. It also does not imply that necessary hosting or security processing stops.

Optional advertising, replay or other additional tracking must be assessed before activation, with accurate information about purpose, recipients and available choices. Sensitive intake fields and injury narratives are not authorized inputs for unrelated advertising audiences. A policy update alone does not supply required permission.

Choices And Questions

Browser settings may let you inspect or delete cookies and restrict storage; doing so can affect website functions. Browser controls do not necessarily delete server records or change a separate recipient’s handling of information.
